Jacqueline Taber was born in 1946. She studied art in Paris for one year and restoration for five years at the Gabinetto del Restauro at the Uffizi, Florence. At the same time she also attended the Studio of Signorina Simi.

Jacqueline Taber has also exhibited widely and is a member of the Chelsea Arts Club, Colchester Arts Society and the Art Workers Guild.
